artistic embodiment coaching

your life is the canvas—let’s make it intentional, sensual, and true.

artistic embodiment coaching invites you to live more fully expressed—in your body, your relationships, and your personal style. whether you’re reclaiming your sensual self, styling for the life you’re stepping into, or exploring expansive ways of loving and relating, this work is an invitation to live as art. together, we turn routine into ritual and “shoulds” into sovereignty.

artistic embodiment coaching might be for you if you’re ready to show up as your whole, artful self — and to walk in deeper alignment with who you are becoming.

testimonials

i do my best to describe this work, but it isn’t always easy to explain. so here are a few honest moments—shared by those who’ve rolled up their sleeves, reshaped the clay of their lives, and said yes to themselves. may their words offer a glimpse of what’s possible.

Ember is non-judgment radicalized. Does it feel good, help you heal, or launch you into next level self actualization? Ember embraces you while you embrace it. She goes beyond acceptance and asks what if you accepted yourself, prioritized your pleasure, said hell yes to living it up! No one can give you self confidence but you, but Ember in all her magic and whimsy helped me learn how I want to be loved and now I accept nothing less from myself or anyone else.

We have many names for the ones who light the way or remind us that we have a fire within us. Like the the witch, guardian angel, spirit guide, trickster, or fire keeper, Ember has a mythological power in my life. She holds the sacred space where all my wildness and unbridled creativity can be fully seen and nurtured. She keeps watch over the most vulnerable parts of me. I always know she will gently stoke them when they're low and come running with a blowtorch when they're high, saying "keep going!" We all need someone to be a steady witness to the untamed parts of us. This is how I learned to love my strangeness and my power, which is to say how I learned to love my whole self. May we all find a way.

Ember’s confidence and embodiment of self are contagious. I feel blessed beyond measure to know her and to learn from her. It has taken me many years to embrace my genuine sensuality, and I’ve had to unlearn so many confused ideas about my body and intimacy. Ember has been a guiding light on this journey. With every interaction, she draws me closer to my full power, and she does that always with remarkable kindness and care.
